Was Chris Noth 'A Little Tipsy' During His Appearance On 'Kathy'? (VIDEO)

Kathy Griffin may have to rethink her booze strategy on her talk show, "Kathy." Currently, the guests can drink, but how much is too much? And when is too soon to start? Because Chris Noth seemed to be well on his way toward drunk by the time he came out.

Even fellow guest Chelsea Handler thought so, and she knows a thing or two about drinking.

"You seem a little tipsy right now, I’m not going to lie," Griffin told Noth. He proceeded to marvel at how the monitor doesn't show Griffin on it. Handler encouraged Griffin to just push past it.

Noth then wanted to ask the audience if they'd ever done LSD. If not, he strongly suggested that they should all give it a try. So yeah, he was a bit of a mess. But it certainly made for an entertaining half hour of television.
