More teachers in the U.S. are embracing "flipped classrooms" and are bringing to schools digital tablets and laptop computers to create the 21st century classroom -- but how does the U.S. compare in effective use of technology in education to other countries?

  • Chinese students spend more time using technology in school than American students.
