O'Malley Touches On Jobs, Assault Weapons In State Of The State Address

A ban on assault weapons, a repeal of the death penalty and a “jobs” budget that will support 43,000 jobs in Maryland are what Gov. Martin O’Malley wants to accomplish in this session of the General Assembly.

O’Malley, during his seventh State of the State address Wednesday in Annapolis, also called for passage of legislation creating an off-shore wind farm off the Maryland coast.
