The Real Truth About Cellulite, From Dr. Nancy Snyderman (VIDEO)

Is there any way to ward off cellulite? Many women try a variety of cellulite treatments, but nothing seems to work. When Chief Medical Editor for NBC News Dr. Nancy Snyderman joined me on Mondays With Marlo, she explained that cellulite is nothing more than fat cells trapped between the skin and fibers that connect to your muscle below.

Dr. Snyderman explained that aside from liposuction, there isn't much you can do for cellulite. She stressed that the dimpling and cellulite occur because of the estrogen in your body. It's a natural occurrence for women, so it's best to accept your body and love yourself.
