'White Collar': Neal Has An Epiphany, Realizes Where Ellen's Key Is Leading Him (VIDEO)

In what was otherwise a standalone installment of "White Collar," there was nevertheless a major development for Neal and Peter. Specifically, the men shared an epiphany at the end of the hour about that pesky key from Ellen.

Suddenly realizing why it looked so familiar while gazing upon the New York city skyline, Neal held up the key so the teeth were pointing skyward.

"It covers everything, except one building," he said. That building was the Empire State Building.

Whatever Ellen is trying to lead Neal to is in the Empire State Building. The mystery may be a slow burn, but tantalizing teases like this at the end of episodes certainly leave fans on the edge of their seats awaiting the next episode.

The tension continues every Tuesday at 10 p.m. EST on USA's "White Collar."
