TASTEMAKERS -- We've said it before and we'll say it again, Richard Blais sure does eat well -- even while on the road. Between the brisket from the Salt Lick, and the mackerel with buttermilk, dill, avocado dish at The Spence in Atlanta, we're happy to see that we don't have to worry about Richard Blais at all.
