Anthony Edwards On Which 'Downton Abbey' Character He'd Be

Anthony Edwards dropped by "Jimmy Kimmel Live," but not so much to talk about his new action-adventure series "Zero Hour." Instead, he shared what a huge fan he is of "Downton Abbey."

"Downton Abbey’s my ringtone," he admitted. "I like it. But I guess that makes me not really an action hero."

Being such a huge fan, Edwards even took a test to see which "Downton" character he would be. "My kids took it and one was Lord Grantham," he said. "I took the test and I was Daisy." Daisy is Mrs. Patmore's assistant in the kitchen.

Before "Zero Hour," Edwards had been off our TV screens for awhile. The Miami Herald reports he's been doing some behind-the-scenes work and traveling with his family. He may well get the opportunity to spend more time at home sooner than he'd have hoped. CBS News reports that "Zero Hour" disappointed, with "ABC's lowest-rated in-season premiere for a scripted series in the network's history."

For now, though, Anthony Edwards can be seen starring in "Zero Hour," Thursdays at 8 p.m. EST, while "Jimmy Kimmel Live" holds the fort at 11:35 p.m. EST every weeknight on ABC.
