Matthew Perry sure has a lot to celebrate! The actor shared some big news via Twitter on Tuesday about his onscreen reunion with former TV-wife Courtney Cox:

The pair haven't shared the small screen since their roles as "Monica" and "Chandler" on the long-running sitcom "Friends," and the reunion gives fans more reason to tune in to Perry's new half-hour sitcom, "Go On."

But celebration is also in order for another major piece of (untweeted) Perry news. The comedian finally unloaded his Hollywood Hills home Tuesday after first listing it on the real estate market in Oct. 2011. The MLS shows the sale closed for $4,685,000, which means the actor made a modest $200,000 profit on the sale.

The home, located high in the Hollywood Hills near Runyon Canyon Park, has white terrazzo floors and soaring glass walls -- all the better to see stunning views of city and canyon landscapes. Inside, features include a gourmet kitchen and home theater. Outdoors, there's a pool, spa and fireplace.

Perry owns a second Hollywood Hills home near the exclusive Bird Streets neighborhood, purchased in 2011 a few months before he listed his previous home for sale. Located above the Sunset Strip, the sleek home boasts stylish amenities like a wet edge pool and spa, a home theater with an underwater pool window and ocean and city views. As you can tell from the slideshow below, the Runyon Canyon-adjacent home looks gorgeous -- but in our eyes, Perry chose the right Hollywood Hills spot to call home.
