One of the few communities in Oakland County that doesn't allow alcohol to be sold by the glass may soon allow restaurant guests to have a beer or wine with dinner -- or even a mixed drink someday.
The ban on all single-glass alcohol sales has become an economic issue for Oak Park, a city of about 30,000 people, City Manager Erik Tungate said.
