Michelle Obama Repeats Rachel Roy, Is Still Her Old Self (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: Michelle Obama Is Still The Outfit-Repeater We Know And Love

She may have gotten a hair makeover, a new portrait and an Oscar presenting gig, but Michelle Obama is still the outfit-repeating first lady we know and love. FLOTUS addressed the National Governors Association on Monday wearing a sleeveless, two-toned Rachel Roy dress with a rose-printed top and a black tweed bottom.

If it looks familiar, that's because it's one of Michelle's go-to pieces. She wore it to shoot her "Most Interesting People of 2009" segment with Barbara Walters and again in 2010 to deliver remarks at a National Restaurant Association board meeting.

The dress hasn't changed (and neither have those strong arms). What has evolved over the years, of course, is FLOTUS' hair. Check out the pics below -- do you miss her sleek bob or strong brows from the early White House years?
