Just one day after her split from fellow actor Jason Segel made headlines, Michelle Williams stepped in front of the cameras and did not look heartbroken at all.
The couple, who had been dating for almost a year, were fan and tabloid favorites alike. They kept their relationship low-key and were often spotted together doing "normal" family things with Williams' 7-year-old daughter, Matilda.
But Michelle was quick to bounce back, it seems. She joined costars James Franco and Mila Kunis in promoting their film "Oz the Great and Powerful" (in theaters March 8) in Russia. The three happily posed for pictures and Williams also joined a Q&A session.
"The breakup was mutual," a source told Us Weekly of the amicable split. "It's a sad moment. They respect each other." Another insider added that "they had a lot of fun, but it just didn't work." According to various reports, distance is to blame for their breakup, since Williams lives in New York with her daughter and Segel shoots his series "How I met Your Mother" in Los Angeles.
