Jeff Probst Talks Marriage And Life As A Stepparent On HuffPost Live

WATCH: Jeff Probst Is 'Delighted' To Be A Stepdad

"Survivor" host Jeff Probst says he's "delighted" to be a late-in-life dad now that he's remarried.

On Wednesday, the multi-Emmy Award-winning TV host stopped by HuffPost Live and talked about being a stepdad to wife Lisa Ann Russell's two children from her first marriage.

"As weird as it sounds to say, I was dropped into their lives and now I feel like a dad," Probst said. "It doesn't feel weird when they call me dad and it doesn't take away from the fact that they have another dad -- their biological dad -- but it doesn't lessen the impact I feel as a dad."

Probst tied the knot with Russell -- actor Mark-Paul Gosselaar's ex -- in December 2011. As Probst notes in the interview, Gosselaar also remarried in July 2012, giving the kids two sets of parents.
