Making Your Own Low-Calorie Potato Chips, From Rocco DiSpirito (VIDEO)

Celebrity chef and author Rocco DiSpirito introduced me to a whole new way of making potato chips when he joined me this week on Mondays With Marlo. It turns out that sweet potatoes are one of the healthiest vegetables out there, and you can achieve the same crispy texture that comes from frying by putting your chips into the microwave!
