Matthew Fox Unleashes His Disdain For One Direction On 'Conan' (VIDEO)

One Direction may be the biggest boy band on the planet, but that doesn't mean they're everyone's cup of tea. On "Conan," Matthew Fox made it very clear that he doesn't like the group's music at all.

Perhaps that has partially to do with the fact that his 16-year-old daughter is obsessed with 1D. As Vulture put it, "Matthew Fox has a serious problem with their 'music.'"

"Every time she brought up One Direction, I felt it was my responsibility to bust their chops and she would get very upset, so we agreed not to talk about One Direction any more," Fox confessed.

"And, yet, I’m making it the entire segment tonight," Conan O'Brien said.

Instead, Fox has been trying to expand his daughter's musical horizons by introducing her to other bands. It might take some time, though: She's in that prime 1D demographic right now.
