George Lundskow Sex Sting: Maryland Journalist Tried To Meet Undercover Agent Posing As 14-Year-Old GIrl

Journalist Caught In Teen Sex Sting

The head of online news at the Annapolis Capital Gazette has been arrested after investigators in Pennsylvania said he tried to meet for sex with an undercover agent posing as a 14-year-old girl, the paper reported.

George Lundskow, 55, faces six charges including two of unlawful contact with a minor for alleged offenses committed last November, court records in Pennsylvania show. Lundskow was taken into custody Friday night, according to Anne Arundel County police, and court records show he is being held without bond.

The operation was conducted by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office, which could not be reached Saturday. The office has conducted numerous online stings in recent months.

Lundskow lives in the 1200 block of Viking Drive in Arnold. Calls to his home were not answered Saturday.

The Gazette reported that Lundskow had worked at the paper for 25 years and started as its interactive media editor in 2008. No one at the newspaper could immediately be reached to comment.
