The home, which has been on and off the market over the years with asking prices varying from $12 million to $15 million, is believed to finally have a buyer. The Huffington Post has confirmed the sale is pending in the MLS. Whoever the potential buyer is can look forward to a "270-degree" view of Los Angeles, along with some, shall we say, very ornate details.
Though Howard Hughes was a previous occupier of the property, it's very easy to see the extravagant Gabor's touch all throughout the house. Glass chandeliers, faux columns and mirrored walls are a common sight in the 8,878-square-foot home.
According to Zillow, which is reporting the possible sale, Zsa Zsa Gabor and her husband, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, have recently turned to Hollywood film sets to make some cash. In addition to "Argo," the Los Angeles mansion was also rented out to Steven Soderbergh's new project "Behind The Candelbra." (The pairing of this Liberace biopic and the the home's decadent vibe somehow makes a lot of sense to us.)
While the home is not officially off the market, it may soon be.
