'Ray Donovan': Liev Schreiber And Jon Voight Preview New Showtime Series (VIDEO)

Behind The Scenes Of 'Ray Donovan'

Though the premiere of "Ray Donovan," starring Liev Schrieber, is still a couple of months away, the cast is offering a first look at the new Showtime series in HuffPost TV's exclusive sneak peek above.

Schrieber plays the titular character in the upcoming Showtime series (which premieres on Sunday, June 30) and the actor says, "Ray is one of the most complicated characters I've ever played. There are a lot of skeletons in his closet."

The series is set in LA where Ray Donovan is a "fixer" for the rich and famous. But he starts to have his own problems when his father Mickey, played by Jon Voight, is unexpectedly released from prison. "I'm Ray Donovan's father ... I'm a criminal," Voight explains in the video above. "We're not unalike in some ways. He himself is an expert on criminal behavior, but I'm the lose wire."

At a behind-the-scenes photoshoot for the show, Voight busts a move at :40 seconds ("It couldn't look great," he admits) and admits he has fallen for the "Ray Donovan" cast. "I'm kind in love with all of these wonderful people that I've been thrown together with on this piece," he says.

Watch the sneak peek above and tune in for the premiere of "Ray Donovan" on Sunday, June 30 at 10 p.m. ET on Showtime.
