"The Bachelor" dates a lot of women before finding Mrs. Right -- in Sean Lowe's case she's Catherine Giudici -- and watching that back can be ... interesting.
"It's not like, 'Yay! Fun,'" Giudici told HuffPost Live's Abby Huntsman. "But it actually wasn't that bad. It was not too hard to watch and I understood what he was going through and realizing the feelings he developed for the reasons he did."
Lowe and Guidici said they didn't watch the show together, rather with family and friends. The couple has taken it all in stride. "She made my life so much easier because she really has handled it extremely well, she never gave me a hard time ... "
Giudici said it was nice to look back at what the show televised of their dates, but Lowe said not everything made the cut.
"A 15-minute date on TV sometimes takes 12 hours to film," Lowe said. "We are spending a lot of time together that people at home don't get to see." One moment in particular was the one-hour drive from their first date.
