Kim Kardashian's pregnancy scare last week has given her a renewed focus on her health and diet. The reality-star-turned-mommy-blogger wrote on her website that she's knows she is "Eating for two" and is attempting to maintain a "well-balanced eating and fitness plan" by reading up on literature, such as "The Body Reset Diet."
"Keeping a healthy lifestyle has always been important to me and now it’s even more important because I am looking out for someone else’s well being other than just my own," Kardashian wrote. "I’ve been researching recipes and healthy eating tricks to make sure that I get the right nutrition now that I’m eating for two!"
Kardashian, 32, is expecting her first baby, with boyfriend Kanye West, 35, in July. She was reportedly on a doctor-ordered rest after being rushed to the hospital in tears, fearing a miscarriage, but was seen posing with her telegenic siblings for a photo shoot at LA's Bel Air Hotel just three days later.
