'The Walking Dead': Is Milton A Goner? Dallas Roberts Joins 'Unforgettable'

Things Don't Look Good For This 'Walking Dead' Character

Is it curtains for Milton on "The Walking Dead"?

Dallas Roberts, the actor behind the Governor's (David Morrissey) right-hand man, has booked a gig on CBS' revived series "Unforgettable," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

On the back-from-the-dead series, which will air this summer, Roberts will play Eliot, "a detective in charge of the major cases section of the NYPD. He's ambitious and politically connected and was brought in to turn things around for the unit and bring the attention back to the department," THR reports.

Does his new job mean the end of his "Walking Dead" stint? Well, recently, Milton's been questioning the Governor and befriending Hershel. Is he going down? "Milton sees [the Governor] slipping further into a self-centered madness, as opposed to a community-centered guy," Roberts told Vulture. "He's always had the self-centered madness in him, what with the fish tanks and that sort of thing, but that monster inside of him is growing out at an alarming rate."
