You may be planning a wedding on a small budget, but that doesn't mean your Big Day has to be boring.
During an appearance on HuffPost Live Monday, Style Me Pretty founder Abby Larson offered her advice on glamming up a budget wedding.
If you're using a space with plain white china and brown chairs, add cheap accessories inspired by ideas you've seen online, she said.
"Hang some beautiful ribbon on the back of the bride and groom's chairs or find dessert plates at a flea market and place them on top of the white rentals, just so there's a little personality built into those very basic moments," Larson said. "That's a really easy way to make it feel like a more custom experience."
