Reese Witherspoon's Ojai Home Won't Sell, Actress Cuts Asking Price By $2.75 Million (PHOTOS)

There's something about her home that buyers just don't like...but we don't see it in these gorgeous photos.

When we first saw Reese Witherspoon's Ojai home in California, we were in love. And from the looks of it, the southern starlet was just as enamored. But surprisingly, she listed the property for $10 million dollars this past fall, shortly after her Elle Decor cover hit newsstands. And even more shocking, there hasn't been a buyer, forcing Witherspoon to slash the price.

According to Realtor.com, the actress has cut the asking price of the Mediterranean-style ranch by $2.75 with hopes that this will get people interested in paying up. This suggests that, although the housing market is slowly picking up, sellers like Witherspoon are tired of waiting around. But don't feel too bad for the actress, if it sells at this price, she'll still make a profit from what she paid for it six years ago.

And whoever the lucky owner eventually is, will get to enjoy vintage architectural elements such as exposed beams and stunning brick and stucco walls. Not to mention the amazing outdoor space that's as warm and inviting as Witherspoon's country accent.
