WASHINGTON -- Frozen rain does fall from the sky and stick to the ground in Washington D.C. in spring. Frozen rain does fall from the sky but doesn't really stick to the ground when we name it Snowpocalypse.

Boing Boing editor Xeni Jardin shot and posted a lovely video of a substance not commonly seen in the District falling gently from the sky.
