In a 24/7 tabloid culture, we often know what our favorite celebrities are eating, what they’re wearing and what they’re doing on a nearly minute-by-minute basis. And while it’s easy enough to comment on how that outfit looked, or how we wish they’d choose a different film to star in, here’s something to think about: many of Latino Hollywood’s brightest stars – from Eva Longoria and America Ferrera to Ricky Martin and Wilmer Valderrama — are also extremely active philanthropists.
