Tiny Home For $23,000 In Dover, Arkansas Measures Only 128 Square Feet (PHOTOS)

The rural getaway could fit in a walk-in closet, but it's built for a family.

Tiny homes are quickly becoming a viable alternative to the garden-variety suburban house. But the question remains: Just how small are we willing to go? Pay a visit to Dover, Arkansas and you'll find one that's just a little bigger than your closet. The compact, 128-square-foot house on Utley Road hit the market on Yahoo's listings for an asking price of $23,000. And for what it comes with, it really is quite the bargain.

Though the micro-house is a little strapped for elbow room, it comes complete with the standard set of everyday utilities: a full-sized fridge, a two-basin sink rowed up beside a fully functioning stove, an overhead sleeping compartment, a dining table, a toilet and shower. Talk about space maximization. And the best part? A built-in front porch is available for lazy summer days.

Take a look at the property yourself and let us know if you'd be able to live in something similar.
