The next time you think your workout feels tough, just think about this guy.

Matt Poursoltani -- a senior and football player at Pilot Point High School in Abilene, Texas -- set a new state record on Saturday after bench pressing 700 pounds. According to Dallas Morning News, this is a 130 pound increase from the 570 pounds he was bench pressing only one year ago.

The teen is ahead of the curve for an athlete his age when it comes to strength. Yahoo! Sports reports that as a high school student, Poursoltani can currently lift more than almost everyone in NFL history.

This high school record-breaker isn't the only young bench-presser making headlines. Thirteen-year-old Maryana Naumova from Russia reportedly lifted 240 pounds at 2013 Arnold Classic Sports Festival.
