The famous wife-killer of "The Good Wife" is headed back to CBS. And if Dylan Baker's hints are any indication, Colin Sweeney's return won't be a pretty one.
Titled "The Wheels Of Justice," Sweeney's (Baker) return episode (airing this Sun., March 31) will center on Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and Will's (Josh Charles) attempt to stop Sweeney from getting a life sentence.
"It’s an interesting episode because there’s a feature of the law that Cary [Matt Czurchy] sort of figures out along the way," Baker told EW of the episode. "It sort of changes my case and slips it in to a whole [different] thing right there in the courtroom. For a while, it looks like I’m paying these lawyers a lot to just sit around and push things down the road. All of the sudden it gets very exciting because of the information that Cary uncovers. It’s a fun episode."
Although Cary's information could prove Sweeney innocent or very guilty, Baker told TVLine that he doesn't think he's run out of luck just yet.
"He’s the kind of guy that makes his luck for himself. He doesn’t leave too many things to chance," he said.
As for the home front, Sweeney's character doesn't appear to have improved much.
"[He hasn't changed] at all," Baker told TV Guide, adding, "I would love to see the episode where we really go into how we're raising the son, his problems and his advantages."
He has, however, made some progress is his relationship with Isobel ("Homeland" star Morena Baccarin).
"This episode has a lot to do with, 'Are we going to take the next step? Are we going to actually get married?' And luckily the writers also like writing for Morena," he told TV Guide. "She is definitely up to any forays into the... romance. Isobel will say exactly what's on her mind, and I think that's what appeals to Sweeney."
