For the first time, in what seems like a while, it isn't an organization or a fellow music legend that's railing against Madonna. This time, it's her own brother.

"Madonna doesn’t give a s--t if I’m dead or alive," Ciccone, who is currently homeless and living in Northern Michigan said. "She lives in her own world. I never loved her in the first place, she never loved me. We never loved each other."

Ciccone's harsh words come on the heels of news that Madonna has broached billionaire status due to the success of her MDNA tour, which brought in $305,158,363.

The mega-rich superstar's brother is also reportedly battling alcoholism -- a problem which he refuses to acknowledge. He was previously working at the family's vineyard before he was terminated.
