Democratic strategist and political pundit James Carville joined HuffPost Live Monday to discuss his role in Hillary Clinton's potential 2016 presidential campaign.
On April 4, it was reported that Carville had joined the "Ready For Hillary" super PAC, but Carville told host Mike Sacks the report wasn't exactly accurate.
"They asked me to sign something," Carville told HuffPost Live. "I'm not a member of it or anything like that but they're good guys and I said I'd sign it. Like most people, I hope she runs. But, I'm not a member of an organization or anything like that."
Carville went to discuss Hillary's hesitation to speak about whether or not she will run.
"She's not getting started," he said. "People are getting started for her. She's not saying anything. There's a first amendment. You can't stop it. She has a very deep reservoir of support of which I'm obviously a part of, of people who want her to run and think she'd make a terrific president, which I did in 2008."
