Tilda Swinton Is Napping At MoMA...TODAY

Drop everything you're doing and hitch a ride to Midtown, because Tilda Swinton is laying her snow-white head down for a nap in New York's Museum of Modern Art today.

The impromptu sleeping display is part of the actress's ongoing performance art piece, "The Maybe," in which Ms. Swinton dozes off inside a glass box located inside MoMA. It's been three weeks since the last time she graced NYC with her shut-eye show, drawing crowds of mostly confused people who had no idea the celebrity would be on view that day.

Rumors of Swinton's second performance began swirling last night after writer and neuroscientist Daniel Lametti tweeted that he caught sight of the elusive David Bowie doppleganger on a flight to JFK. Hyperallergic and Gothamist both spread the word of her potential visit, and MoMA confirmed the hype to the Huffington Post on the phone.

According to Gothamist, she's napping at the top of the stairs on the museum's third floor. If you want to catch a glimpse of "The Maybe" in action, it's probably best to get in line now.
