President Barack Obama is not injured and there have not been explosions at the White House, contrary to what a tweet sent out from the hacked account of the Associated Press claimed on Tuesday:

0423aphacked

The AP later confirmed that it was a "bogus" tweet.

White House press secretary Jay Carney reportedly addressed the hacked tweet during the daily briefing:

Carney, after AP says its acct was hacked: I appreciate you saying that. The president is fine. #NotBlownUp
