Daphne Oz would tell you she loves to eat -- and not just steamed broccoli, which might be surprising, considering her father is health guru Dr. Oz.
In a recent appearance on HuffPost Live, the co-host of "The Chew" explained that she's lost weight since her high school prom. (Check out the video above to see a picture.) The key to getting fit was not compromising taste, she said, but finding nutritious eats that still tasted indulgent.
But just because she's happy at her new size, she doesn't recall her years at a heavier weight with disdain, she said. In fact, she looks to that time to remind herself that she was loved and respected at a size that made her feel insecure.
