Everyone wonders whether you're supposed to stretch before or after a workout -- or both! Celebrity fitness trainer Simone De La Rue cleared up our doubts when she joined me on Mondays With Marlo. Simone said that you should do a warm-up before your workout to get the blood flowing, and stretch at the end of your workout, when you're warm and your muscles will be a lot more lubricant. She recommended basic stretches like calf stretches, quad stretches and yoga positions.
