Tai Chi is an excellent method of improving balance and thus prevent the falls and fractures that are all too common for the Boomer and Beyond age group. Older people have thinner bones and therefore have an increased risk of fracture, which can lead to reduced mobility and independence, and increase the likelihood of premature death.
