Apparently, Steve Carell will be in "The Office" finale.
Yes, after weeks of no comments, flat out "no's" and vague hints of a nondisclosure agreement, TVLine reports Carell will return to the NBC comedy for the one-hour series finale on Thursday, May 16.
When The Huffington Post reached out to NBC, the network declined to comment. TVLine reports Carell's appearance is more of a cameo than a guest spot.
After it was reported that Carell was on set when "The Office" finale was filmed, he made a surprise appearance at "The Office" wrap party in Scranton, PA on Saturday, May 4, further fueling speculation.
NBC released a brief description of the finale that reveals the Dunder Mifflin crew will gather for a reunion and a wedding. Could viewers see Carell's Michael Scott at the altar with Amy Ryan's Holly?
