You will probably not be surprised to learn that we are pretty enthusiastic consumers of food magazines. Even though we already spend all day long reading about, thinking about and writing about food, when we return home, you can usually find us leafing through a food magazine or cookbook. If you think we have one-track minds, you may be right, but we know there are some of you out there like us.
For this deathmatch, we only included food magazines that are currently in print (RIP Gourmet Magazine, we'll pour one out for you tonight). The titles included in the bracket are some of the top selling food magazines, along with a wild-card or two that we just really love. We know they're all great. We think they're all great. But which one's the best?
Here's how the Best Food Magazine Deathmatch voting will go down:
- Round One voting opens May 14 -- vote right now!
- Wednesday, May 15 at 12:00am Eastern, Round Two begins.
- Thursday, May 16 at 12:00am Eastern, you'll be able to vote in Round Three.
- Friday morning, May 17, we'll announce which food magazine rules them all.
