Kelly Clarkson is back at it with a new music video to her latest single, "People Like Us."
Released Tuesday, the music video has Clarkson donning a white lab coat and glasses, as a part of a team of doctors. She and her fellow faux MDs are evaluating children, taking notes as they undergo a series of X-rays and tests. Clarkson, however, mixes it up with some power-dancing while singing "People like us we've gotta stick together / Keep your head up, nothing lasts forever / Here's to the damned, to the lost and forgotten / It's hard to get high when you're living on the bottom," before sneaking a young girl out of the medical facility -- take a look in the video above.
"People Like Us" was featured on Clarkson's compilation album, "Greatest Hits: Chapter One." Released last November, the album featured Clarkson's biggest hit singles including, "Since U Been Gone," "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)," and "A Moment Like This."
Clarkson released her last album of new material in 2011 when "Stronger" made its debut. The 31-year-old singer's fifth studio album was a success, hitting No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and going platinum. Earlier this year, news broke that Clarkson plans to release her next album in "early 2014."
