Cindy Crawford On Diet: Being 5 Pounds Lighter Would Cost Me Fun

Cindy Crawford: Being 5 Pounds Lighter Would Cost Me Fun

The woman -- nay, the legend -- that is Cindy Crawford has remained a symbol of feminine beauty for over 20 years. So we were surprised to hear that even she has insecurities about her body.

In an interview with Net-A-Porter's The Edit, the supermodel talks about going from a model novice to the bonafide star she is today. As it turns out, even an icon like Cindy lacks 100 percent confidence. Just like us lay people, Cindy insists that she's not stylish ("like Kate Moss") and that she doesn't always feel so hot:

"I'm a normal woman, sometimes I feel pretty good and some days I'm like, 'Oh my God, nothing fits'. My new resolution is that by the time I am 50, I want to have come to terms with my body. Because for me, being five pounds lighter, what it would cost me… I don't want to be like, 'Oh no, no salad dressing, no wine, no fun'."

No "fun" is right. With the fashion industry cracking down on unhealthy standards, Cindy's iconic va-va-voom look is just what we need to keep things on track. Plus, we honestly can't see one difference between the mother of two's bikini body now and from when she started. (Case in point.)

So we say: Why don't we all just forget about those five pounds? Because when Cindy Crawford gives us a beauty tip, we listen.

The woman's got nothing to worry about:
