(06-03) 12:51 PDT YOSEMITE NATIONAL PARK -- A 28-year-old British man was killed while climbing El Capitan in Yosemite National Park when he was hit by a falling rock that his partner dislodged, the second death at the park in two days, officials said Monday.

The two climbers, both from London, were about 600 feet up on the popular East Buttress route around 2 p.m. Sunday when one of the men dislodged a rock, said park spokeswoman Kari Cobb.
