Ardbog Day With The Deaf Poets Hits Cafeina (JIPSY PHOTOS)

Fans of Ardbeg, the single malt whiskey, gathered together around the world to celebrate Ardbog Day on June 1st -- and here in Miami, neither the rain nor the Heat game kept away devotees who found their way to Cafeina Wynwood Lounge on Saturday night.

Ardbog Day was a celebration of the release of the distillery's newest limited edition masterpiece Ardbog, which hit the shelves in the U.S. that day. While they sipped their whiskey, attendees had the opportunity to get some Ardbeg ink at the 'Tattoo Parlor' and get creative making a photo flip book. Cafeina served a mouthwatering barbecue which was devoured not for the hunger, but you really have to taste these sliders and ribs. It paired well with the Ardbeg Boutanniere cocktail that David Boxwill, Cafeina's own mixologist, created.

And if all of that wasn't enough for a fun party, Miami's indie rock band The Deaf Poets performed a couple of sets in the main room. Yes, the bbq was good, the whiskey was even better, but the combination of all that and The Deaf Poets made my Ardbog Day celebration the best one ever. -- Jipsy
