The job search site ranked U.S. cities by the overall job satisfaction of the resident employees. The data -- which considered the number of employers hiring and satisfaction with compensation, benefits and senior management -- was then aggregated and organized by city. As a result, Glassdoor was not only able to determine great cities to work in, but which companies employees love as well.
