This salad is popular in the Tuscan region of Italy -- and we know we can trust the Tuscans when it comes to good Italian food.

The beauty about the Panzanella salad is that it gives you a delicious way to use up your day-old bread. And it's also a great dish to make with the piles of ripe tomatoes we can expect this summer.
