Democracy In The Middle East: Islamists, Liberals, And The Battle For The Heart Of The Arab Revolutions (VIDEO)

TIME: 11:00am-12:00pm EST

On Sunday, June 30, a panel including former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, Egyptian-American journalist Mona Eltahawy, and President of the Council on Foreign Relations Richard Haas will join Andrea Mitchell as they focus on the ongoing struggle between Islamists and liberals in capturing the heart of the Arab revolutions. The discussion will highlight key questions, such as: What is democracy in the Middle East? How can countries such as Egypt, Tunisia, and Libya reconcile pluralism with liberalism?
