Inside Bobby Flay And Stephanie March's Dreamy Hamptons Home Featured In Elle Decor (PHOTOS)

When a couple decides to move into a new home together, there can be some problems combining their individual styles. And it's safe to say, this dilemma even applies to celebs. In the latest issue of Elle Decor, we get a peek inside chef Bobby Flay and Stephanie March's dreamy Hamptons home... which took some time to become so harmonious.

Two years after Flay gave up his bachelor pad that March says "smelled like golf," and she held an estate sale featuring all of his undesirable possessions, they had a shingle-style home custom built in Amagansett, in East Hampton, N.Y.

And even though March had the upper hand in most of the design, including the spacious floor plan and exotic decor, Flay was (rightly) adamant about handling the kitchen. This room is seemingly the most impressive: It has a restaurant-vibe thanks to the three tables, a 10-burner stove and stunning custom-made blue island.

Of course, there was one problem: Flay's desire to hang a television in the living room and March's opposition. But with help from interior designer Tom Delavan, Flay was able to get his way -- tastefully, of course.
