Former President George W. Bush is delivering remarks Wednesday at a naturalization ceremony of 20 candidates for United States citizenship at his presidential library in Dallas, Texas.

During an appearance on ABC's "This Week" on Sunday, Bush said it looks like an immigration overhaul has a chance to pass Congress and that it's important to fix "a broken system."
