Kris Jenner dropped by "Late Night" where she felt she had to apologize to Jimmy Fallon for her husband's behavior when he was on last month. As Kris explained it, Bruce Jenner "was manic." He was certainly memorable, especially when getting his "revenge" for all those jokes Fallon has made about his face.
Fallon tried to defend the Olympic gold medalist, saying that Bruce Jenner "was great on the show."
“He totally took over your show," Kris said. "When he got home, I actually had to ban him from all talk shows.”
“He had a bunch of jokes and bits," Fallon said. "It was riveting television.” Kris said that Bruce practiced his jokes in front of a mirror for a month before his appearance.
All that preparation led to an interview where Fallon sometimes felt like he was going to be attacked. When he tried to bring up Kris, Bruce told him, "This is my segment.” At another point, Bruce beckoned Fallon in closer, leading Fallon to ask if Bruce was going to punch him.
And then, because he could, he called Fallon a wimp. "I was not a wimp! You can’t call me a wimp!” Fallon pleaded, but what's done was done.
It remains to be seen if Kris' talk show ban for Bruce will include her own daytime talk show, which is set to premiere July 15. But while Bruce may not be dropping by, the rumor mill has a possible appearance by a certain granddaughter, North West -- AKA Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's new baby girl. While Fallon tried to get Kris to confirm the rumor, the media savvy mom stayed mum.
