We're big proponents of a mid-afternoon break, but as beneficial and forward-thinking as office meditation is, it's not quite the same as escaping the task at hand for something entirely different. Especially during the warm weather, we're itching to kick off our work shoes and run for the hills. But with commitments calling and deadlines looming, we can't always escape to the out of doors.
