MLB All All-Star Team: Mariano Rivera, Cal Rikpen Jr. Among Most Frequent All-Stars At Each Position

Whether it's a save situation or not, American League manager Jim Leyland made it clear that Mariano Rivera will pitch during the 2013 All-Star Game.

"You can rest assured, he will be on the mound at some point and you will see him pitch, whether it be to a hitter, an inning,'' Leyland said on Monday, per the Associated Press. ''You will see No. 42 pitch.''

Whenever "Enter Sandman" starts blaring through Citi Field on Tuesday night, it will be the last time No. 42 pitches in an All-Star Game. Just as no other relief pitcher has more career saves, no other relief pitcher has made more All-Star appearances than Rivera. In fact, Mo's 13 All-Star Game appearances ranks just second all-time among all pitchers with only Warren Spahn notching 14.
