Hugh Jackman has been a busy man as of late. The 44-year-old actor has starred as Wolverine in multiple "X-Men" films and in the upcoming spinoff "The Wolverine," and mixed things up with his Oscar-nominated role of Jean Valjean in "Les Miserables."

For Jackman, this means its time for a break.

"I’m taking a little while off," Jackman reportedly said in a recent interview. "I don’t know if I’m taking a year, this movie now is my fourth movie in a row. I’m being very greedy. There’s a thing called being in the dog box, that’s me."

The father of two did not reveal how he plans to spend his time off. However Jackman won't have much time to get bored, as he already announced a gig for October: performing "Hugh Jackman…One Night Only" at Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre to benefit the Motion Picture & Television Fund.
