What does sustainability have to do with success?
Everything, according to Lee McIntire, CEO and Chairman of CH2M HILL, the country's largest engineering firm.
HuffPost Live sat down with McIntire and his wife Susan at last month's Ideas Festival in Aspen to talk about the roles that balance and sustainability play in building healthy, happy and successful lives.
"Sustainability should be everybody's issue really," McIntire said, "It's about sustaining -- sustaining your business, sustaining your life, sustaining your family, so sustainability is a big big word but it's all about keeping it going."
"To me, success is about almost having it all. Meaning you've got to really understand what's important to you, and you need to create the balance in your life so you get all those things, and maximize the different elements," Susan McIntire said.
